Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned within 7 days after the return request is approved.
Eligibility Criteria
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on items with makeup stains, perfume, or any signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, final sale products, intimate wear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once your return is approved and received, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at returns@mjkaftan.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before shipping any international returns.
